This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: Scope:

    • 8am to 11am CST (Saskatchewan Canada) each Monday to Friday, and flexible times after that up to 30 hours a week, during 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
      • Set appointments for three account managers covering major cities and surrounding areas
      • Engage with businesses across various industries within the target market
      • Collaborate remotely with the client’s team while representing their local brand

Contract: Independent Contractor Client Timezone: Altona Manitoba, Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to businesses in specific Canadian markets
  • Set qualified appointments for account managers
  • Handle objections and engage in problem-solving conversations with prospects
  • Learn and implement methods to identify new potential clients
  • Represent the company’s local brand effectively in all interactions
  • Work within the company’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or cold calling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate value propositions for media and marketing services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
  • Adaptability to learn new prospecting techniques
  • Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejections
