While pushing production capacity and quality, you will ensure your team is ready and able to deliver its part of the game on time in a welcoming environment.
What you will do
- Work in partnership with the leadership team to understand the overall game vision and requirements and communicate them to the production team.
- Define the scope of your specific domain: determine its deliverables, quality objectives, and key milestones; establish development strategies and budgets.
- Prepare for production by developing workflows and pipelines and implementing solutions to facilitate team collaboration.
- Set clear objectives for your team members and ensure the process of achieving these goals is as seamless as possible.
- Anticipate risks and implement action plans to overcome them.
- Meet with your team to clarify milestones, prioritize deliverables, review progress, address concerns, provide guidance, and gather feedback.
- Synchronize with the Producer, Production Director, and production managers on progress and momentum, and monitor budgets.
- Identify opportunities to improve and evolve processes, methods, and practices.
- Participate in recruitment to build your team and support their professional development and career progression.

- Great adaptability to a variety of situations and ability to manage interdependencies.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
