The role
Having ramped up manufacturing activities at our brand new MK facility, we are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Production Manager to join the team. You’ll be assisting the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining product quality & hygiene standards and driving continuous improvement in all production processes.
You will train and manage a team responsible for the weighing and blending of our recipes and packaging them on multiple automated production lines. Supported by tech systems to ensure full traceability throughout each process, you’ll work closely with our Warehouse, Technical and Engineering teams to make sure we’re always operating smoothly, and will always be searching for ways we can improve our performance.

- This role is best suited to someone with experience leading teams in automated production, health and safety management (NEBOSH preferred), and knowledge of food safety regulations. Strong leadership, proficiency in production management software, and a background in continuous improvement methodologies are essential.
- To keep up with life at Huel you will be willing to get hands-on with the development, training & implementation of new operating procedures and you'll be able to work in a fast-paced environment!
