The role

Our product marketing team help shape the future of all our Huel products. To ensure they can continue launching products our Hueligans love, we're looking for a new Assistant Brand Manager to join them. This role will see you take full ownership of developing, executing, and optimising strategies for some of our core product ranges. Here's an insight to your day-to-day:

  • Product owner of selected categories within Huel’s product portfolio and support Product Marketing Manager with additional core category management
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches amongst the wider Marketing team - outline clear briefs and rationale for launches, determine product positioning, key messaging, and align multi-channel marketing approach
  • Close collaboration with the NPD and Project Management teams to define the product roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with customer demands and market opportunities
  • Regularly present NPD/EPD projects to the Senior Leadership Team, and have meetings to discuss strategy, and development of the brand
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities, feeding insights into the product development process
  • Analyse product data to spot issues and opportunities to make improvements

  • 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the nutrition, wellness, or FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally across the business with both peers and senior management
  • Driven by a fast-paced, high-performance environment, with the ability to adapt to change and short-notice
  • Take initiative to spot opportunities for improvement and tackle challenges without needing to be told
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
