Job Description
Step into a dynamic role where your communication skills directly impact the success of small businesses throughout Southern California. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the vital first connection between our proven marketing solutions and business owners who are ready to grow. This position offers the perfect blend of structured processes and meaningful conversations, where you’ll use established scripts and systems to identify qualified prospects and connect them with life-changing business opportunities. Responsibilities
- Conduct professional cold calling campaigns to connect with small business owners during peak business hours
- Engage prospects using proven scripts and conversation frameworks designed for maximum success
- Pre-qualify potential clients to ensure they’re ideal candidates for our marketing solutions
- Schedule high-quality appointments between qualified prospects and our expert sales team
- Clearly communicate the value and purpose of each scheduled meeting to ensure prospects arrive prepared and excited
- Maintain meticulous records of all calling activity and appointment outcomes using integrated CRM systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with Google Calendar to optimize scheduling and prevent conflicts
- Demonstrate resilience and professionalism while maintaining consistent call volume in a results-driven environment
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of appointment setting or cold calling experience with demonstrated success
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Mental resilience and positive attitude to thrive in a high-volume calling environment where persistence pays off
- Professional phone presence with clear articulation and confident delivery
- Experience with CRM systems and calendar management tools, with ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace for professional calls
- Flexibility to work during standard business hours when decision-makers are most available
- Enthusiasm for participating in role-play training sessions and continuous skill development
- Self-motivated approach with ability to maintain focus and energy throughout calling sessions
- Understanding that success in this role directly correlates with helping small businesses grow and succeed
