Join our dynamic team as a Team Lead Animator on our exciting IP, Dead by Daylight! You will spearhead the animation production, ensuring our game continues to captivate players with stunning, high-quality animations. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a talented team of animators to create high-quality animations. Collaborate with talented directors, game designers, and programmers to bring the vision to life.
In this role you will:
- Work with the Directors on the Production to stay on brand.
- Lead a team of ten 3D animators and assist them in developing and maintaining best practices.
- Be a mentor for junior members of the team.
- Scope and plan future features.
- Stay up to date on the latest tools and practices in the industry.
- Champion the Animation discipline.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+years of relevant experience.
- Excellent animation skills.
- Experience in managing and leading team, delegating tasks, and distributing workload.
- Collaborative mindset, to participate in a transparent and learning culture within the team.
- Comfort in being a representative for Animation in inter-departmental conversations, being the primary contact for animation questions.
- Expertise in Maya, Unreal and othergraphic tools.
- Technical knowledge in animation such as in key framing and in motion.
- You thrive in a team-oriented, product-focused environment, enjoying collaboration and valuing the exchange of ideas and concepts.
