We are seeking a Senior Animatable Systems Creator (Senior Rigger) to build high-quality character rigs in Maya and integrate them into the Unreal Engine production pipeline. You will contribute to developing AAA animation workflows and scalable real-time rigs for character-focused and MOBA-style games.

What you’ll do:

  • Create user-friendly character rigs for animators in Maya
  • Develop efficient skinning and deformation systems
  • Ensure clean export and integration into Unreal Engine
  • Support and improve animation pipelines and workflows
  • Troubleshoot rig, deformation, and engine integration issues
  • Optimize rigs for real-time performance
  • Collaborate closely with Animation, Technical Art, and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to pipeline tools and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Character Rigger in the video game industry
  • Proficiency in rigging workflows in Maya
  • Strong understanding of deformation, skinning, and control systems
  • Experience with Unreal Engine and Blueprints
  • Python scripting for rigging workflows
  • Experience on AAA game productions
  • Rigging support experience for large-scale character projects (MOBA/hero-based games)
  • Strong understanding of real-time optimization and engine constraints
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and pipeline understanding
  • Experience with facial rigging (joint-based, blendshape-based, or hybrid systems)
