Position Description: We are looking for a Senior Animatable Systems Creator (Senior Rigger) to build high-quality character rigs in Maya and integrate them into the Unreal production pipeline. You will contribute to developing AAA animation workflows and scalable real-time rigs for character-driven and MOBA-style games.

What you will do:

  • Create robust and user-friendly character rigs in Maya
  • Develop efficient mesh and deformation systems
  • Ensure clean export and seamless integration into Unreal
  • Support and improve the production pipeline and animation workflows
  • Analyze and solve issues related to rigs, deformation, and engine integration
  • Optimize rigs for real-time performance
  • Collaborate closely with Animation, Technical Art, and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal tools and pipeline best practices

Qualifications: What you bring:

  • Strong expertise in creating character rigs for video games
  • Excellent mastery of rigging workflows in Maya
  • Deep understanding of deformation, mesh, and control systems
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal, including Blueprints
  • Proficiency with Python scripting applied to technical animation workflows
  • Participation in large-scale game productions
  • Ability to support projects with a large number of characters, such as MOBA or hero-based games
  • Good understanding of real-time optimization constraints
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solid pipeline vision
  • Experience in facial rigging, including joint-based, blendshape, or hybrid systems
