THE JOB

We’re hiring for an Analyst Intern for our Customer Success team who loves solving problems and telling stories using data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Dig into product and email data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with our analyst and designer to redesign dashboards in Tableau
  • Support our Customer Success team with tasks to delight customers and stakeholders
  • Present findings to product teams and executive leadership

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education or background in a quantitative discipline
  • Desire to grow into a business analyst, data analyst or customer-facing role
  • Basic fluency in common statistical analysis methods
  • Desire to grow skills as an effective storyteller and gain experience translating findings into compelling recommendations, polished deliverables, and actionable programs
  • Collaborative team player eager to roll up their sleeves at a small start-up
  • Our tech stack: Tableau, AWS, Postgres, Python, custom-built Microservices

“NICE TO HAVES”

  • B2B SaaS, tech, or management consulting experience
  • Experience creating data visualizations
  • Experience writing SQL, R or Python for data analytics
  • Experience with Tableau
