Your Mission

We’re launching a brand-new high-frequency shuttle line connecting München city with Memmingen Airport (aka München West), and we need someone on the ground to make it happen.

As our Airport Site Coordinator, you’ll be the local engine behind a successful roll-out. From setting up operations to managing partners, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, loves solving problems, and takes pride in creating something from scratch.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Launch Like a Pro: Coordinate the full on-site setup from installing ticket machines to ensuring digital tools are ready to roll.
• Bring the Brand to Life: Implement visual branding and signage across key locations in coordination with our Marketing team.
• Be Our Local Go-To: Support drivers and bus operators with our software and hardware tools. Offer first-level technical assistance.
• Grow Our Sales Network: Pitch and secure reseller partnerships with local hotels, tourism offices, and travel agencies in both Munich and the airport area.
• Engage Key Stakeholders: Represent flibco with public bodies, airport authorities, and other strategic players.
• Spark Local Partnerships: Launch smart collaborations that amplify flibco’s visibility and boost passenger numbers.

Who You Are and What you bring on the table!

• A hands-on, no-problem-too-big mindset
• Solid organizational and coordination skills
• Native-level German, with professional English
• A passion for launching new things — with background or interest in:
• Mobility / transport / logistics
• Tourism / travel / hospitality
• Events / field operations
• Great interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse profiles (drivers, authorities, partners)
• A valid driver’s license — mobility is key

German C2 Proficiency
