Responsibilities:
- Develop and train machine learning models to address key business challenges.
- Integrate AI functionalities into existing and new software applications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing AI models.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define solution requirements and customize AI features.
- Document all phases of AI development from model design to deployment.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI development or machine learning projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with data management and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Practical knowledge of software development practices and DevOps tools.
- Prior work in an Agile development environment.
