Your territory

As part of our Communications team, you will:

• Drive more impact with less effort: use AI-powered tools for content production, from generating first drafts to providing feedback, and apply human expertise to achieve the perfect result
• Create compelling English content across all channels (webshop, emails, newsletters, app, social media, retail, etc.), balancing AI efficiency with human creativity
• Perform quality assurance on all AI content outputs, checking for technical accuracy, product specification precision, readability, and compliance with regional regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain a comprehensive AI content toolkit (e.g., templates, prompt library, guidelines, and best practices) for recurring content types, documenting successful approaches and refinement techniques for team-wide efficiency improvements
• Experiment with different AI tools and models to identify the best solutions for specific content types, and use cases while documenting best practices
• Train AI systems through iterative feedback loops, providing corrections, examples, and guidelines to improve the quality and relevance of generated content over time
• Localize content for multiple markets with AI, ensuring local relevance while keeping brand consistency and technical accuracy

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with AI in content creation and ability to integrate AI into content workflows
• Strong prompt engineering skills and experience optimizing AI outputs
• Great English skills and ideally able to “speak USA”
• Several years of copywriting experience
• German language skills are a plus
• Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
