Your territory

As part of our Communications team, you will:

• Create compelling English content across all channels (website, app, email campaigns, social media, retail, product descriptions) by combining cutting-edge AI tools with your creative expertise
• Ensure all AI-generated content meets quality standards: accurate, readable, on-brand, and aligned with local regulations
• Develop and maintain an internal AI content toolkit, including prompt libraries, templates, and style guides
• Test and evaluate new AI tools and models to improve content outcomes, documenting your findings and best practices
• Continuously fine-tune AI systems with feedback, helping them learn from your inputs to deliver better results over time
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with visual assets, user experience, and strategic objectives
• Create English source content that will be localized for markets worldwide using AI, ensuring it translates effectively while maintaining technical precision and brand consistency
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Experience using AI in content workflows and a passion for combining tech and creativity
• Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to optimize AI-generated outputs
• Excellent command of written English – ideally with a flair for U.S.-style tone and phrasing
• 3+ years of experience in copywriting or content creation
• German language skills are a plus
• Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
