Agrobusiness Center Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and support the team of agrobusiness professionals.
• Set objectives, track performance and assist in the professional development of the team.
• Work with management to implement plans and achieve targets.
• Seek new business opportunities and build sustainable relationships with clients and partners.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality of service and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor market developments and use information for decision making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience leading teams; experience in the banking sector or agrobusiness is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the agricultural market and related financial services.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and lead by example.
• Good knowledge of company Financial Statements. Preferred experience analyzing companies operating in the agrobusiness sector.
• Knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Work Location:

• The Agrobusiness Center is located at the Fier branch.
• The Center Coordinator may reside in Tirana, Fier, Vlorë or Lushnje.
