Your role: As an Account Manager at Awin BNL you are the main point of contact for leading brands in the Benelux. You manage and optimize their affiliate programs and ensure they achieve maximum results. You work closely with clients, colleagues, and affiliates to develop and implement strategies that truly make an impact.
No two days are the same: from strategic meetings and data analyses to creative solutions and relationship management. You switch effortlessly and communicate effectively – in Dutch and English.

What you will do:
- Management & optimization: You are responsible for your client portfolio and ensure their programs grow.
- Advice & strategy: Analyze performance, share insights, and advise on opportunities.
- Relationship management: Build strong partnerships with clients and top affiliates.
- Reporting: Translate data into clear presentations and actionable insights.
- Problem solving: Think proactively and solve challenges.
- Networking: Represent Awin at events and regularly visit clients.
Who you are:
- Experience in account management in affiliate or digital marketing is a plus.
- You understand affiliate models (CPA, CPL) and are analytically strong.
- Proficient in Dutch and English.
- Independent but also a true team player.
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau (or willing to learn).
- Enthusiastic, commercial, and driven to help clients grow.
