AdOps Specialist (German-speaking)

Your Role

The role of the AdOps Specialist is an integral part of our Client Services account management teams. You provide administrative support to some of the largest brands in the DACH region across our core sectors, including retail, travel, and telecommunications.

The position offers an ideal entry into the industry and helps you understand how a leading affiliate program is built and how Awin enables this.

Awinners have the opportunity to apply for other positions within the company across various departments (provided experience, suitability, skills, and location requirements are met).

Your Tasks

• Identify and document competitor brand activities
• Support Account Managers in client presentations
• Report compliance violations by unsolicited websites
• Create and send publisher communication for Advertisers
• Search for new publisher partners and process current applications
• Upload and communicate campaign-specific offers to publisher partners

Your Profile

• Fluent communication in English and good German skills—you will communicate daily with internal teams and external clients
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines set by clients
• Willingness to support colleagues and take on additional tasks
• Highest accuracy in internal and external work
• Proactive approach to improving efficiency and work quality
• Self-responsible organization and ensuring coverage during absence
• After onboarding: good availability and support in training new team members
