Job Description
We’re seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our international e-commerce team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, managing a diverse range of tasks that keep our business running smoothly. From creating international shipping labels to organizing digital assets and providing top-notch customer service, you’ll play a crucial role in our company’s success. Responsibilities
- Craft and manage international shipping labels, ensuring smooth product distribution to our American customer base
- Organize and maintain our digital ecosystem, including Dropbox folders and Excel spreadsheets, to keep our operations running efficiently
- Handle customer returns with care and attention to detail, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and manage comprehensive customer lists to support our marketing and service efforts
- Tackle various administrative tasks and list-making activities to support overall business operations
- Provide exceptional customer service through our online platform, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Organize and manage Slack channels to facilitate effective team communication across international borders
- Assist in streamlining processes and implementing new organizational systems as our business grows
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with our primarily American customer base
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for managing and analyzing data
- Experience with digital file management systems, particularly Dropbox, to maintain our online organizational structure
- Familiarity with Slack or similar team communication tools for seamless remote collaboration
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we’re open to quick learners with a natural talent for client relations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Availability to work part-time, 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, specifically from 12 PM to 4 PM Eastern Time (EST)
- Comfortable with the potential for role expansion as our business continues to grow
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
