Role
As a Client Partnerships Manager at Hey Honey, you will be essential in building strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Reporting to the Client Partnerships Director, you'll serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and managing expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, building and nurturing positive relationships to ensure satisfaction with budget management, responsiveness, and realistic expectation management.
- Handle client correspondence, maintain accurate records, and issue clear, client-approved scopes of work for all agency projects.
- Successfully run various projects across integrated channels, including executing project deliverables, facilitating internal meetings, and delivering client presentations while ensuring adherence to timelines, resource allocation, and final outputs.
- Act as a central resource within the agency, providing weekly updates to the Account Director and leadership team on project progress and timelines to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams, clearly conveying client requests and feedback to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Oversee team and time management to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the highest caliber of work on client briefs.
- Monitor time costs in collaboration with management and finance to ensure alignment with agreed estimates.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management within a creative agency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Proven project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with current digital and socialtrends, tools, and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
