PanzerGlass™ is one of the leading brands in screen protection on a global scale. You will be responsible for delivering sales revenue according to growth targets leveraging the PanzerGlass 'Sales Operating Model’.
Key Responsibilities
You can expect to excel in managing Retail, Operator and Independent Channels throughout Türkiye. The overarching goal is to frequently visit stores and build and expand relationships with sales points with a focus on increasing sales in a sustainable manner. Your specific duties will include:
- Store Visits: Conduct daily visits to retail stores to drive sell-out and increase brand awareness.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective relationship-building and strategic selling.
- Market Exploration: Identify new selling points and opportunities within the market to expand our reach.
- Event Attendance: We need you to represent our brand at trade shows and promotional events to enhance visibility and network with potential partners.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information on customer interactions and sales activities.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience in field sales or a related role, ideally within a retail or operator environment.
You should have a strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to build lasting relationships.
Being proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset is crucial.
Mid-level English proficiency is required, and additional languages are a plus.
You must be willing to travel frequently within designated cities, which may be rotated from time to time.
