The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. Your main goal will be to retain and grow existing client relationships by educating them on new product releases, features, and best practices. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients get the most value from ASK BOSCO® to help them achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Education & Engagement

  • Proactively inform and train clients on new ASK BOSCO® features and updates.
  • Develop tailored strategies to help clients leverage the platform effectively.
  • Conduct product demos, webinars, and one-on-one consultations.

Client Retention & Growth

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximise retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage of ASK BOSCO® within client organisations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Customer Success & Support

  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve the product.
  • Monitor key usage metrics and proactively address any potential churn risks.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to shape customer communication strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive insights to better support clients.
  • Provide regular reports on client health, engagement, and expansion opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in agency account management, customer success, or a similar role in SaaS or online marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex features into clear client value.
  • Passion for digital marketing, analytics, and technology.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
