Join us in our mission to champion human-centred design. As an Account Executive at UsabilityHub you will be focused on identifying, managing and closing new business and growth deals with Enterprise customers. This role is responsible for managing our largest, most strategic deals with some of the most admired companies in the world.

Who we are

UsabilityHub is a remote UX research platform that helps organisations deliver products that perfectly fit their customers’ needs. We empower designers to engage directly with users and get rich feedback, quickly and easily.  We’ve been championing human-centred design practices for over 10 years with big and small customers including Asana, Google, Metalab, UsTwo, Unilever and Zendesk.

Who we're looking for

  • You have 2+ years of demonstrated experience in quota-carrying B2B sales, ideally in UX design or research markets, with contract values above $20k pa.
  • You are commercially savvy, with a genuine interest to further your career in commercial sales with a focus on identifying and closing new business.
  • You are able to develop strong relationships through excellent written, verbal and face-to-face communication.
  • You can demonstrate how you use a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers.
  • You can simultaneously manage multiple deals through the sales pipeline. This includes completing detailed discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with various buying centre members.
  • You have experience in completing product demonstrations via video conference.
  • A proven track record of overcoming objections and achievement of sales targets.
  • You are comfortable working with sales enablement software such as CRM, email, outreach software, LinkedIn sales navigator.

Picture yourself in this role

If you had worked with us this past month, you would have:

  • Scheduled meetings with new prospects to qualify their requirements and ensure that UsabilityHub is the right solution for them.
  • Demonstrated the capabilities of our platform for interested prospects, showcasing how UsabilityHub addresses their needs and solves their research and design challenges.
  • Worked closely with Hannah, our sales administrator, to generate quotes meeting the requirements of our prospects.
  • Closed deals with new enterprise customers and celebrated those wins with the rest of the team.
  • Contributed to the improvement of our sales process by recommending changes and sharing your experiences for others in the team to learn from.
  • Continuously maintained a clean pipeline of deals and ensured that data in HubSpot was accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborated with internal stakeholders in the product and support teams to answer any tricky questions that arose from your conversations with clients.
  • Attended our weekly sales meetings to share how you are progressing against your monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Had a 1:1 with Andrew, our director of sales, to address any challenges, raise ideas and prepare for the future.
  • Attended our monthly all-hands call to stay up to speed on what is happening throughout the organisation.

Location

This is a remote role with the ideal candidate being based on the East Coast of the United States.
