The position
Job description
As a Sales Account Executive at Welcome to the Jungle, you will drive our future growth by building relationships with prospects and turning them into extremely satisfied users. You will be in charge of developing Welcome to the Jungle products ecosytem with companies especially company’s showcase including content production, unlimited job offer publication and access to our SaaS product Welcome Kit.
Reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader, you will mainly be responsible for:
- Develop Welcome to the Jungle product ecosytem with SMB companies (15-1,000 employees) in France
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to identify, engage, convince and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Drive new business mainly by prospecting and developing creative prospecting strategies
- Own every step of the sales opportunity life cycle: identify new opportunities, determine the client’s needs, demonstrate Welcome to the Jungle’s benefits, and guide the client through the purchasing steps to close the sale
- Conduct live product demonstrations over the video call and face to face with inbound and outbound prospects, including HR & media agencies
- Consistently close new business at or above quota level
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

Onboarding
First, you will experience our corporate onboarding process which consists of discovering all of our teams and projects. Then, you will enjoy a specific onboarding dedicated to the Business team and your role (demos, phone pitch, documentations…). The idea is to give you all the necessary keys to reach your targets!
