As a senior account executive or account manager, you’ll be instrumental to the success of our clients and the agency. You’ll actively shape our clients’ PR and marketing strategy, provide marketing and PR counsel, create content strategies, direct and implement media programs and align our work with our clients’ strategic business objectives. Senior account executives and account managers are the primary contacts on their accounts – they lead internal teams, manage and mentor employees, create and manage programs and work directly with the management team. Our account executives also play a key role across accounts, working with clients to drive media coverage, create content, implement social and digital strategies and uncover new opportunities. We are looking for the right person and can shape the title and role based on your unique skills and experience. What we’re looking for: - Three to five years (AE), five to eight years (SAE) and seven – 10 years (AM) of relevant PR, marketing, content, media and/or tech industry experience. Past agency or media experience is preferred. In-house candidates are also encouraged to apply. - Experience delivering outstanding PR and marketing results across all channels. - Awesome writers, strategic thinkers, collaborators and creative minds - Strong understanding of how to effectively integrate content marketing, media relations, social, inbound and demand generation programs - Media relations specialists that know how to tell and place a good story - Past client and/or employee management experience (for SAE and AM candidates) - People that are fun, likeable and want to be an integral part of a growing team - The ability to turn complex concepts into compelling and easy-to-understand stories that resonate with our clients’ target audiences We’re a casual, fast-paced and hard-working bunch.
