Our mission is to become the go-to solution for self-storage operators globally, and we’re looking for a driven AE to help us achieve that by closing high-impact deals across Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Full Sales Cycle Ownership: From prospecting to closing, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle. This includes qualifying leads, delivering compelling product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Targeting Growth Opportunities: Identify and engage with prospects within our target markets, focusing on new business development.

Strategic Selling: Leverage consultative sales techniques to deeply understand customer pain points and align our platform’s value proposition with their business needs.

Accurate Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date pipeline reports using HubSpot CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts. You’ll be expected to consistently meet or exceed your quota.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Track Record: You have 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive, with a history of hitting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within SaaS or tech environments.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in French, German, or Spanish, with a preference for candidates proficient in two of these languages with business level English.

Strong Consultative Sales Skills: You excel in understanding client challenges, articulating solutions, and building long-term relationships.

Resilience & Persistence: Sales cycles can be complex, and you thrive in situations that require persistence and creativity to move deals forward.

Collaborative & Team-Oriented: While you’re driven to hit your targets, you’re also a team player.

Growth Mindset: You’re eager to continue learning and refining your skills. You see feedback as an opportunity to improve and push yourself to the next level.
