Scoro's is looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in Tallinn or Riga!

As an Account Executive, you will identify, secure, and manage client relationships to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers for small and medium sized businesses. You'll play a key role in expanding our EMEA and UK market.

We're seeking someone with a proven track record in B2B sales who understands the SaaS business and can easily explain Scoro's value to potential customers.

Your responsibilities include :

End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:

  • Overseeing the entire sales cycle which involves overseeing process from outbound activities - cold calling and emailing to closing deals;
  • Maintaining a consultative and customer-centric approach throughout the sales cycle, actively advocating and communicating Scoro product value and benefits to new businesses;

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with the Marketing and Business Development Representative teams to reach out to new businesses, executing new sales strategies in collaboration with other teams;

Performance Metrics Oversight: Overseeing and managing performance metrics, providing structured reports on sales progress, and ensuring up-to-date tracking for effective decision-making;

Product Knowledge: Being a product expert, enthusiastically advocating its features and benefits, serving as an ambassador, and sharing our product value.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • Sales Experience: At least 1.5 year of experience in a B2B tech sales environment, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals;
  • Prospecting experience: Experience in cold calling and generating your own leads to build potential customer pipeline;
  • Effective Communication: Confidence in leading conversations with decision-makers to drive successful deals;
  • Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English, with strong listening skills.

  • Experience in our target industries, creative industries and professional services (e.g., marketing, advertising, architecture).
