Account Executive, Remote

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $40,000 - $42,000 + commission (Depending on experience & location)

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in generating opportunities, guiding prospects through our sales process, and closing deals end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, communicating directly with clients, and ensuring all CRM data is up to date.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and qualify your own leads/opportunities through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and assess fit
  • Conduct prospecting calls to add opportunities to the pipeline
  • Manage deals through the full sales cycle, from outreach to close
  • Draft and collaborate on proposals and statements of work (SOWs)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our Pipedrive CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handoffs
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, technologies

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (agency or SaaS preferred)
  • Proficiency in strong verbal and written communication skills and a self-starter with a high level of motivation and accountability
  • Experience with Pipedrive and relatable CRM technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote agency environment

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred, but not required):

  • Experience with selling WordPress or Shopify-related websites
