Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a passionate Account Coordinator with a focus on digital marketing—particularly search engine marketing (SEM)—who is committed to delivering exemplary client service and measurable results.
This individual is organized, comfortable in an agency environment, possesses a solid understanding of digital marketing services, and demonstrates strong teamwork skills.
Role Overview
You enjoy building lasting professional relationships with clients. As a primary point of contact, you'll collaborate with a talented and dedicated team of digital marketing professionals. You'll work with a diverse range of clients across various sectors and services, partnering with account directors on growing accounts.
As an Account Coordinator, you'll leverage your exceptional organizational skills to track deliverables and ensure the quality of work is impeccable. Your natural curiosity will enable you to understand clients' markets and how our services can help their businesses thrive. Your positive and proactive mindset will allow you to work closely with other team members to create a fertile and collaborative environment where strategic ideas and innovative solutions come to life.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
- Ensure smooth coordination among various teams involved in projects.
- Manage the execution of internal and external projects (adhering to timelines, budgets, and objectives) for your clients.
- Prioritize production needs in terms of resources, time, and budget.
- Integrate, understand, and communicate information related to project performance.
- Ensure project information is entered into the internal project management tool (ClickUp).
- Address ongoing and specific forecasting and budget needs in required hours per account.
- Generate and present clear reports to clients on campaign performance and outcomes.
- Collect, process, and integrate client feedback to improve deliverable quality.
- Oversee agency workflow and processes, including project management tools, client onboarding procedures, and reporting protocols.
Administration
- Collaborate with Account Directors on high-growth accounts by taking notes, creating and tracking tasks, meeting internal project deadlines, etc., ensuring no deliverables are overlooked.
- Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate records, contracts, and project documentation. Familiarity with document management systems and software.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management and client service.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing, including PPC and SEO.
- Agency experience is a significant asset.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with bilingual clients and local and international teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, management, or a related field.
- Sector knowledge: Good understanding of marketing and advertising concepts, as well as general awareness of industry trends and the competitive landscape. Strong interest in digital marketing and its constant evolution.
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a structured work environment.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively in a dynamic context.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project execution and adherence to client requirements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally to various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and ability to quickly identify issues, propose effective solutions, and implement them promptly.
- Tools and Software: Proficiency in common productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp).
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing client priorities and the evolving demands of an agency environment.
