The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team!

Our Client Services department is responsible for cultivating extraordinary relationships with Digible’s agency and tech clients, making strategic recommendations that demonstrate a deep understanding of client goals, and ensuring digital campaigns and products are meeting or exceeding expectations.

An Account Coordinator joining this team will be responsible for supporting 2-3 Account Managers with several aspects of client needs from account onboarding and task management to reporting and campaign analysis.  The Account Coordinator will touch 200-300 accounts monthly, and must have strong attention to detail skills, a positive attitude and curiosity to learn. This position supports all digital channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Geofencing, Display, Review Management, Email, Native, Spotify and more. The Account Coordinator will also assist with onboarding clients to Digible’s tech platform, Fiona.

What you’ll do:

  • Owns all documentation and client communication for enterprise property management property onboarding
  • Responsible for managing and communicating onboarding status with Account Managers across the portfolio.
  • Ensure internal deadlines are met and all campaign information is documented and translated from client to internal teams.
  • Proactively monitor launch status and provide frequent updates to team
  • Assist with reporting setup and checking for data source connection accuracy.
  • Support Account Managers with client outreach/follow up. Continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship as it related to new campaign launches
  • Develop and maintain full understanding of market, products/services and digital strategy for assigned clients
  • Work selflessly with other departments to provide the best client experiences

You should have:

  • Client Communication
  • Internship/Entry-Level Experience in Marketing Agency or Communications Role
  • Highly Developed Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Prioritize in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Multifamily/Senior Living/Student Housing Experience is a Plus

You should have superb communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, a growth mindset, and a values-driven personality.

Pay, perks and such:

  • Annual Salary of $50,000-$66,000
  • 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
  • WFA (Work From Anywhere) (this position is hybrid located in our Denver office)
