Scope and Purpose

  • Responsible for the day to day activities of the ABCP Conduit Management desk in Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Securities Corp.
  • Working alongside the FI Solutions & Securitised Products team to develop further Intesa Sanpaolo’s Securitisation offering in North America
  • Responsible for the activities undertaken by the Asset Backed Commercial Paper (“ABCP”) Conduit Management team in NY;
  • Responsible for the activities related to the Administrative Agent role of Romulus Funding;
  • Insuring the daily obligations of the ISP sponsored ABCP Conduit, Romulus Funding Corp. (“Romulus”), are met,;
  • Sourcing, structuring & arranging of ABS and ABL transactions – for placement to market or funding through Romulus;
  • Managing the selection, the due diligence and the execution of new lending facilities, in coordination with Securitisation Structuring in HO/Milan and origination team (NY , London and Milan);
  • Interface with various internal departments such as Administration, Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Operations, and Compliance (Milan, London & New York) to provide information relating to Romulus activities and address any regulatory, accounting or operational issues that may arise;
  • Interface with other third parties relating to the ongoing operation of the conduit platform such as company directors, corporate servicers, custodian, IPA, and cash manager;
  • Interface with Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s Investor Services in respect of the execution of new transactions funded via Romulus / Duomo and also the ongoing monitoring of the conduit platform in order to maintain its current rating.

Required Experience

At least 10 years of experience

Competencies Required

  • Strong time management skills and ability to identify priorities to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to follow and comment on, complex legal documents and structures;
  • Italian speaker – beneficial but not required;
  • Strong IT / computing skills
  • experience of working within Securitisation / ABS Structuring;
  • experience of working on / with an ABCP program;
  • Strong understanding of current industry standards and the regulatory and legal landscape.

The salary range for this position is 170k-240k $
