Esteem Training are a leading Construction training provider that specialise in the unique delivery of developmental Modern Apprenticeship, leadership & management programmes. We are based in Glasgow, have been in business for 40 years and are 100% employee owned.
The Role
To work towards the completion of the Esteem Assessor Training Programme to assess Modern Apprenticeships within the Construction sector.
- Learning to work to Esteem delivery models, processes and approach
- Understanding how to plan and deliver an effective journey for the candidate
- Achieving the Assessor Award Certification

What We’re Looking For
- A strong construction background (minimum 5 years in Construction Management)
- A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service
- Resilience, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- IT literacy (experience with e-portfolios and Microsoft Office is a bonus)
- A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work independently
- A valid driving license and access to a car
- We are looking for someone who embodies our company values of integrity, honesty and quality
If you join Esteem Training you will be offered:
- Competitive Salary: £28,000 (rising to £32,000 upon achieving agreed objectives)
