We are seeking a Security Engineer to join our team at Lucidya. As a Security Engineer, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and maintain the security infrastructure and processes to protect our organization's systems and data.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Perform regular security assessments and penetration tests to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Design and implement security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption mechanisms.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, investigate any breaches, and take appropriate action.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications.
- Prior experience in a Security Engineer role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of network security, application security, and data protection concepts.
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
