Location: On-site- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vizag, New-Delhi/Noida

Job Type: Full time

Working Hours: 9 am- 5 pm EST

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to recruit, lead, manage, and hold our sales team accountable based on their performance. This role involves establishing and fine-tuning sales processes to achieve our business vision and goals. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and training sales team members, ensuring alignment with our company culture and hiring standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Processes: Develop, implement, and oversee efficient sales processes.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and train new sales team members.
  • Performance Assessments: Conduct regular performance assessments to optimize team efficiency.
  • Guidelines and Directions: Establish guidelines and provide clear directions for the sales team.
  • **Team Management:**Lead and manage the sales team to align with company objectives.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to contribute strategically from day one.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales team, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Previous experience in setting up and managing sales processes.
  • Strong cultural fit with the company and ability to hire accordingly.

  • Team Building: Hire 3 Experienced Sales Executives per quarter.
  • Build a team of 10 sales executives by the end of the first year.

  • Guidelines Establishment: Establish guidelines and directions for the sales team.
  • Hold the Sales Team Accountable for accomplishing goals and objectives.
