Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Department Intern (students working at hp enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university). College Interns are university students who are working at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters) .
We are looking for University Students to work part-time or full-time at HP as a college interns during their 4th year of studies. In this internship, you will be part of the Quality Department (QA) team for about 6 up to 18 months.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the QA Manager to update the QSM procedure and documentation registers as procedures are changed which are issued and initiated by corporate.
- Update procedures, policies, QMS formats of the different departments.
- Be able to perform all QA functions & assist with training of seasonal employees.
- Involvement in review of daily process records for learning purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- Ability to work at a proficient pace, be self-directed and maintain specific job assignments throughout entire shift.
Education and Experience Required:
- 4th Year of University completed--typically in Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Administration or equivalent.
- Ability to use standard MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to update documents and provide reports.
