In this key role you’ll own the delivery of “brilliant” solutions for highly innovative and impactful products. Providing project leadership for both internal and external stakeholders.
As a Project Principal you will:
- Manage the full lifecycle of new products that covers all aspects of risk, cost, time, test, certification, manufacture, quality and support.
- Serve as the main client day-to-day interface on projects by consistently explaining complex ideas clearly, managing expectations for delivery and leading client meetings.
- Drive and motivate cross discipline team members to deliver on our project goals.
- Ensure everyone understands what success looks like and the deliverables required at each project stage. Effectively communicate project status, project process and progress with senior internal stakeholders & clients.
- Manage the process for scope changes/change requests with both internal stakeholders and client decision makers.
- Take responsibility for project financial budgets, resources, schedules, margin and project investment. Proactively manage project administration, financial reconciliation and utilisation reporting.
