What are you going to do?
- Coordinate and manage multiple hardware design projects from initiation to completion.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address challenges to keep projects on track.
- Support resource planning and prioritize tasks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure clear documentation and reporting for all phases of the project lifecycle.
About you!
Who are you and what do you bring?
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience managing technical projects, ideally in digital hardware or software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to motivate teams.
- Work at the office at least two days a week.
- Familiarity with FPGA/ASIC development or a willingness to learn is a plus.

If we are impressed by your profile and background, we would like to invite you for a first interview. This will mainly be for getting to know each other, with two engineers from QBayLogic.
3. Second interview
If you are still enthusiastic after the first interview and we believe you are a good fit for QBayLogic, then we would like to invite you for a second round. In this round, we will delve deeper, and your technical knowledge will be tested. This interview will also be longer than the first round.
4. Starting at QBayLogic
If the second round is positive for both parties, then we would like to offer you a job. We will invite you again to discuss this and determine together when you can start.
