Position
JOB PURPOSE
To manage the Company’s existing product range globally, including supporting the local sales teams and acting as the product expert.
The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and Manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction and that sales targets are met.
The role reports to Airon Site Manager, with a dotted line to Group Product Management
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the product expert for all product related queries
- Support the Sales Team in the field as required
- Gather market data to support sales strategy,
- Create pricing plans;
- Produce White Papers as appropriate;
- Target, organise and attend trade fairs / conferences / events to present our products;
- Attend industry functions, association events and conferences, and provide informative feedback on market activity;
- Work with Group Marketing to develop promotional material and sales story for the product range under your responsibility;
- Ensure that adequate promotional material (presentations, literature, clinical support information) is always available for the sales team;
- Create, develop and maintain an up to date suite of training material for the products under your responsibility and deliver it to a varied audience (both internal and external) as and when required;
- Deliver sales training, clinical arguments and supporting data as appropriate, including handling of objections and FAQs;
- Provide product and application support to training partners, sales team, service team, distributors and customers on the use of products when appropriate;
- Act as the focal point for sales support on application issues of the products;
- Provide monthly reporting and analysis on sales revenues, margins and key projects.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Mandatory
- Batchelors degree in relevant field
- Previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist
Desirable
- Strong understanding of medical device regulatory requirements worldwide
- Understanding and application of healthcare regulations and quality standards in the USA and international markets.
- Previous experience working for a medical device company
