General Purpose:
The Manager of Workplace Experience is a strategic and operational leader responsible for cultivating a secure, engaging, and brand-aligned workplace environment across all enterprise locations. This role oversees internal events, facility operations, rebranding initiatives, physical security systems, and centralized enterprise collections. The Manager will collaborate with leaders across People, Marketing, Internal Communications, Technology, and Finance to ensure a cohesive and inspiring employee experience. This leader will also coach and develop support staff and Welcome Ambassadors, fostering a culture of hospitality, inclusivity, and operational excellence.
Essential and Supervisory Duties & Responsibilities:

- Anticipates and addresses client concerns. Escalates and resolves most problems as they arise.
- Coaches, mentors, and develops Office Managers and Welcome Ambassadors across all locations.
- Establishes best practices and training programs to elevate team performance.
- Fosters a high-performing, service-oriented, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintains a current knowledge of industry practices and ensures best practices are always considered.
- Designs, budgets, and executes impactful internal events that promote engagement and alignment.
- Partners with Internal Communications to publicize events and initiatives.
- Measures and reports on event effectiveness using feedback and data.
- Oversees daily operations of all enterprise facilities, ensuring safety, hospitality, and brand alignment.
- Leads rebranding projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develops and implements policies for facility management, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Oversees the creation, distribution, and lifecycle management of employee security badges.
- Manages building access controls and surveillance systems.
- Ensures compliance with security protocols in coordination with IT and Facilities.
- Serves as the primary liaison for AV and print vendors, ensuring high-quality service and technology.
- Evaluates and implements workplace technologies that enhance productivity and experience.
- Manages vendor contracts, procurement, and service-level agreements.
- Develops long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
- Continuous effort toward professional development, including continuing education, attending training seminars and networking events.
- Practices regular and predictable attendance. Communicates when that attendance will be disrupted in a reasonable time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Duties (if any)
- Direct supervisory responsibility for the Welcome Ambassadors. Manage, provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a high-performance, collaborative environment while ensuring operational efficiencies and alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with physical security systems, AV, and print technologies.
- Passion for creating inclusive, engaging, and brand-aligned workplace environments.
- Ability to follow all Richey May policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines.

Education or Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related field required.
Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in workplace experience, facilities, or corporate events, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with budget oversight and vendor negotiations.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis. (if applicable)
- Industry specific experience strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 + Bonus
This salary band is based on position level but final compensation is determined by experience, location, and other relevant factors, so actual salary may vary.
