Join City of Moreton Bay as Manager, Cultural Services and lead the delivery of inclusive, inspiring and high-quality cultural experiences that enrich our communities, today and into the future.

This is an exciting time to join our team! As Council continues to grow and evolve, you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our cultural services portfolio and lead a multidisciplinary department of 270+ professionals delivering high-impact programs across:

  • Library Services
  • Heritage and Museums
  • Galleries
  • Cultural Activation
  • Digital Services
  • Cultural Communications
  • Business Support

In this senior leadership role, you’ll drive the planning and implementation of Council’s cultural strategies and action plans, ensuring excellence in service delivery, audience engagement and operational performance. You’ll foster a positive, inclusive team culture, champion reconciliation and accessibility, and oversee financial, risk and project management aligned with Council’s strategic goals. Your expertise will guide policy development, stakeholder engagement and innovation across all service areas.
