Position
The Junior Labelling Artworker is responsible for helping to produce and maintain high quality documents to support the portfolio of medical devices.
This position provides and contributes to the delivery of documents from User Manuals, Instructions for Use, Service Manuals, device overlays and product labelling.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products and the documentationrequirements;
- Creating high quality artwork for documentation and illustrations that comply to the applicable medical device;
- Creating, preparing, proofing and checking artwork and design;
- Ensure that all artwork and design is delivered according to brand and corporate identity guidelines;
- Create and deploy documentation into various electronic formats;
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality policy and objectives, and the requirements of the Company’sBusiness Management System.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Mandatory:
- Experience with software programs such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable:
- Although not essential, previous experience working in Medical Device Manufacturing or any regulated industry would be advantageous.
- Adobe FrameMaker DTP application
- Educated to BTEC or degree level, preferably in Graphic Design or equivalent visualcommunications degree.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Ensuring design principles are used and applied correctly to ensure the validity and reliabilityof documentation.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail within defined timescales;
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures;
- Excellent written English skills;
- The ability to handle high volumes of work and in a multi-task mode, prioritise duties and operate inan organised and diligent manner;
- A natural relationship builder and able to manage expectations in a personable manner;
- Able to deal with individuals of all levels;
- The ability to work well as part of a team and equally well on your own and using your initiative;
- Hands-on, self-starter, with a can-do, flexible attitude and a determination to meet customer andCompany needs;
