Job Summary

Lucidya is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Implementation Consultant to lead the integration and implementation of key HR systems — Lattice and Culture Amp — alongside our existing ZenHR platform. This is a 6-month contract role based in Riyadh, focused on managing data transfers, ensuring seamless system integration, and enabling HR operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end integration of Lattice and Culture Amp with ZenHR.
  • Migrate data from legacy systems to new platforms with accuracy and speed.
  • Develop and manage project workflows and roadmaps to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Generate regular progress reports and highlight risks, challenges, and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team (including the T&M Lead, People Specialists, and government relations lead) as well as cross-functional teams.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide proactive solutions.
  • Train HR team members on new system functionalities and best practices.
  • Create user manuals and learning materials for employees and stakeholders.
  • Bring innovative ideas to improve HR processes and enhance system adoption.
  • Maintain system integrity and ensure data accuracy throughout the project.

Key Measurements of Success (KPIs)

  • Timely completion of full system integration and data transfer by the end of July.
  • Number and quality of reports delivered to leadership.
  • Response time and resolution rate of system-related issues.
  • Delivery of comprehensive user documentation and training materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, HR operations, or related IT/HR consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR systems (SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies or tech/start-up environments.
  • HR or IT-related degree or certifications.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong data analytics, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Hands-on experience integrating multiple HR platforms and conducting large-scale data migrations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Prior experience working on short-term, high-impact projects with tight deadlines.
  • Exposure to talent management and employee engagement tools like Lattice and Culture Amp.
