The Role

Digible, Inc. is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team!

The Employee Experience Department is responsible for supporting and administering all aspects of the employee experience while keeping company protection and goals in mind. We are a small but mighty team that oversees HR and People Operations at Digible.

We are seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to provide administrative support to several employee experience functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, and/or employee records.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist recruiting team with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate communication and process documentation - this will be the main focus for this role in the first 60 days!
  • Process applications, maintain employment records, and compile statistics for various HR management reports.
  • May respond to routine employee questions on HR policy.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, new hire paperwork, IT onboarding and check-ins during the first 90 days
  • Assist in HR risk management, tracking and mitigation
  • Assists with processing of terminations, exit interviews and IT offboarding
  • Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs regarding labor law and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee employee events and coordinate with team to manage all company events
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

What You Should Have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years related experience required.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

  • $47,000 to $52,500
