Job Description

As Director of Investor Relations, you will be a key member of the team responsible for planning and implementing a first class program of engagement with current and prospective owners of Wise. • You’ll lead the conversation with analysts and investors to nurture sound understanding and support of our mission

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with the sell-side analyst community, actively managing expectations to ensure that the market consensus remains relevant relative to performance and guidance
  • Undertake a program of investor engagement from proactive targeting of investors to executing a schedule of meetings via Zoom or in person.
  • Contribute to the development of the Investor Relations website to keep it current and informative for investors and other stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of ESG reporting and incorporate best practice into overall company narrative
  • Explaining share price movements to senior management as required
  • Manage relationships with the financial advisors of Wise, involving them early and effectively in discussions related to Wise’s ownership and status as a listed company
