About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to spearhead our Agentic AI product line. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll shape the vision and execution of AI-native innovations that redefine customer engagement.
You'll work at the intersection of GenAI, LLMs, agent-based systems, and real customer needs, leading cross-functional teams to bring next-gen AI solutions to life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the vision and roadmap for Lucidya’s Agentic AI products, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Drive the development of AI-powered agents that automate tasks like customer support, lead generation, and insight extraction across multiple channels.
- Translate complex customer needs into scalable, intelligent solutions using the latest in AI tech.
- Define product capabilities around memory, reasoning, action execution, multi-agent orchestration, and other key agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to ship high-impact features quickly and effectively.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to craft compelling go-to-market strategies and messaging.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies like LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI copilots.
- Own success metrics, from user adoption and retention to satisfaction and business impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years in AI/ML or GenAI products.
- Hands-on experience with agent-based systems, AI copilots, or automation platforms.
- Strong technical fluency - you speak the language of engineers, understand LLMs and embeddings, and can reason through AI architecture.
- A builder’s mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and love taking products from 0 to 1.
- A proven track record of launching innovative, AI-powered solutions in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Excellent communication skills - you can clearly align executives, engineers, and users around a product vision.
- Deep sense of ownership and a passion for using AI to transform real-world workflows.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, or similar LLM tech stacks.
- Background in building AI-first platforms or AI-enhanced SaaS.
- Experience in B2B and industries like CX, MarTech, or support automation.
