WorkFlex is a rapidly growing HR Tech startup founded in 2021. Its mission is to transform the way companies manage remote and flexible work arrangements. Based in Germany, we provide a B2B SaaS platform that allows organizations to offer their employees work-from-anywhere opportunities without facing compliance or business travel risks. Our platform is already trusted by over 150 clients, including major players like BioNTech, Vodafone, Scout24, and Flix.

As a fully remote company, WorkFlex believes in the power of flexibility and autonomy. With a distributed team working from various locations worldwide, we are backed by leading venture capital funds and angel investors, fueling our rapid expansion. Companies using WorkFlex can safely allow employees to work from abroad for up to 183 days a year without worrying about tax or legal risks. By automating compliance checks and handling the complex requirements of cross-border employment, we confidently empower businesses to offer flexible working arrangements.
