Who we are

Founded in 2015 and launched in 2016, The Circle is a Community Interest Company that uses its profits to drive positive social change. With roots in Dundee and hubs in Glasgow, we provide affordable, flexible workspaces along with consultancy services and training programmes. Our work is about more than profit – it’s about reinvesting in our community and helping socially minded organisations thrive.

Our team

Our team of approximately 48 talented individuals is dedicated to making a difference. We blend professional expertise with a passion for social impact, ensuring that every project we undertake adds value to our community. Although based predominantly from our physical hubs, the team enjoys a degree of flexibility that supports both collaboration and personal balance.
