Who we are
Born in 2007 in the EU, Nozbe builds a simple, cross‑platform project and task management app that helps small businesses and teams get organized and get work done. Based in Poland and operating globally, we replace email chaos with task‑based communication so teams can focus, cut meetings, and deliver results.
Our team
We’re a 20+ person, all‑remote team working from homes across Europe, Asia and the USA. We have no central office and keep management light—there are no full‑time managers. We work asynchronously, trust each other to own outcomes, and use our own product to run the company. We’re self‑funded and optimize for great product, sustainable growth, and a healthy work‑life balance.
