NEON is a capacity and infrastructure building organisation based in the UK, dedicated to accelerating the transition to a new economy. Founded in 2015, we provide practical support, training, and resources for campaigners and organisers working across social movements. Our mission is clear – empower teams with the skills and support they need to drive meaningful social change.

Our team is a diverse group of around 30 passionate professionals who work closely together to support grassroots initiatives. While our numbers may be modest, each member plays a critical role in delivering hands-on training, strategic guidance, and operational support to our partners.
