Founded by Ned Herrmann, a trailblazer in brain research, Herrmann International has been dedicated to improving global thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills in individuals and teams. Our headquarters are in the United States, and we operate entirely remotely, allowing us to recruit top talent worldwide.

What we do

Through the Herrmann Platform, Herrmann offers an evolving suite of assessments, employee engagement, and talent intelligence solutions. Our signature tool, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI®), measures thinking preferences and helps organizations enhance team effectiveness, communication, collaboration, and decision-making.
