Who we are
Hacienda Community Development Corporation (Hacienda CDC) is a Latino-led organization dedicated to strengthening families through affordable housing, homeownership support, economic advancement, and educational opportunities. Founded in 1992 in Portland, Oregon, Hacienda CDC has grown to become the largest Latino-led, Latino-serving housing organization in Oregon, with over 730 affordable rental homes across 11 communities. Our mission is to support and empower low-income individuals and families, particularly Latinx ones.
What we do
Hacienda CDC offers a range of services aimed at fostering community development and individual growth. Our housing initiatives provide safe, affordable homes, while our homeownership programs help residents achieve financial stability and independence. We also offer economic development programs to support small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Our Youth and Family Services include early childhood education, afterschool programs, and initiatives to bridge the digital divide, ensuring that children and families have the resources they need to thrive.
