Future Coalition

Who we are

Future Coalition is an intergenerational nonprofit organization empowering youth-led social justice movements. Founded by youth activists and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, our fully remote team of over 40 professionals is driven by the belief that young people can change the world. We provide essential resources, guidance, and platforms for emerging leaders to create meaningful, community-focused change.

What we do

Future Coalition supports youth-led initiatives by incubating grassroots movements, funding impactful projects, and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Through programs like fiscal sponsorships and community-building initiatives, we have mobilized over 8.5 million people and collaborated with 800+ organizations. Our work includes facilitating climate strikes, voter mobilization campaigns, and storytelling projects that shift cultural narratives.
